Logistics & Technical

Orhaniye is one of the most sheltered harbors in the Gulf of Hisarönü. The most significant technical hub in the area is Martı Marina, which offers high-standard services, including water, electricity, fuel, and full technical maintenance for yachts of all sizes. Due to the geography of the bay, it is almost entirely protected from strong winds, keeping the sea "mirror-flat" at all times. Besides the marina, anchoring in the middle of the bay is possible on a sandy and muddy bottom with excellent holding. However, extreme caution is required regarding the Kızkumu spit—a long, shallow sandbar—and sailors must strictly follow the navigational markers.

Personal Insight

Captain's Note

“
Martı Marina provides luxury amenities such as a supermarket, laundry, and a swimming pool. Small grocery stores and bakeries are also available in the village for basic needs. With its wave-free structure and shallow areas, it is the most comfortable and safe stop for families with children in the Hisarönü region.
