Poyraz Bay

Poyraz Bay is located on the backside of Black Island (Kara Ada), just off the coast of Bodrum, and is known for having some of the clearest turquoise waters in the region. A popular swimming stop on yacht charter and blue cruise itineraries, the bay offers a sheltered structure especially favored on windy days. Although named after the cooling "Poyraz" (North-East) wind, the inner part of the bay remains calm and as clear as an aquarium. With its rich underwater life and high sea quality, it offers a unique experience for snorkeling enthusiasts. Known for its untouched nature, the local atmosphere provides guests with a peaceful break and a chance to refresh in the cool Aegean waters.
