The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a proactive payment essential for anticipated charter expenses, encompassing yacht preparation, requested supplies, port fees, fuel, communication, crew gratuities, and other specified services based on guest preferences. If the APA remains unused, the surplus is refunded; however, should expenses surpass the APA, additional payment may be required from the chartering party.
