At Barbaros Yachting, we offer private charters aboard our wooden traditional gulets, available in four distinct classes:
- Standard (no A/C): Authentic and charming, these gulets provide a classic experience.
- Standard Plus (with A/C): Enjoy the comfort of air-conditioned cabins while still embracing tradition.
- Luxury: Indulge in elegance and refined amenities for a memorable voyage.
- Ultra-Luxury: For the ultimate in opulence, our top-tier gulets provide unparalleled luxury.
Booking Process:
- If you’re interested in renting a private yacht, let’s discuss the options tailored to your group size.
- We’ll identify the best gulet to match your preferences.
- Once you’ve chosen your ideal vessel, we’ll coordinate details such as itinerary, menu options, and airport transfers.
- Expect to receive a Charter Contract once all arrangements are finalized.
Additional Information:
- PETS:
- For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on board. Our crew maintains strict cleanliness standards for all guests, and allergens from animals can pose challenges.
- SMOKING:
- Smoking is prohibited indoors for both passengers and crew members. Enjoy the fresh sea air on deck!
- TIPPING:
- Crew gratuity is customary and discretionary.
- Typically, 10% of the base charter fee is considered standard, but it ultimately depends on your discretion.
- Gratuities are usually given to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally among the crew.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
- Participants must hold a valid passport (expiring no earlier than one month after the cruise ends).
- Obtain any necessary visas and health certificates.
- Confirm requirements with the appropriate government consulate or information office.
- Remember, it’s the passenger’s responsibility to secure visas, passports, health certificates, and other required travel documentation.
- LUGGAGE AND CLOTHING:
- Travel lightly to avoid restricting cabin space.
- Soft bags are more practical than hard suitcases.
- Pack sports or casual clothes.
- Bring plenty of swimwear.
- A pullover or cardigan is recommended for cool evenings.
- Comfortable walking shoes are suggested for onshore excursions.
- HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- For safety reasons, please inform us of any physical disabilities at the time of reservation.
- Passengers requiring special attention or treatment should travel with their escorts.
- Pregnant women beyond the 6th month of pregnancy may be refused embarkation.
- SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
- We make every effort to accommodate special dietary requests.
- Please submit such requests in writing at least 2 weeks before sailing.
- PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS:
- Our boats are not suitable for passengers with special needs.
- Embarkation gangways may not fit all types of wheelchairs.
- Cabin bathrooms and staircases are unsuitable for disabled passengers.
- LAND TOURS – OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS:
- Land tours are not included in cruise fares.
- Availability depends on the cruise schedule.
- Details are provided in the written itineraries.
- Land tours are subject to shore and weather conditions and require minimum participation.
