At Barbaros Yachting, we offer private charters aboard our wooden traditional gulets, available in four distinct classes:

- Deluxe: Discover exceptional comfort and style on our deluxe gulets, perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life.
- Luxury: Enjoy a relaxing voyage with elegant interiors, modern facilities, and a touch of sophistication throughout.
- Standard (with A/C): Comfortable air-conditioned cabins paired with the timeless charm of traditional gulets, offering a cozy and authentic experience.
Booking Process:
- If you’re interested in renting a private yacht, let’s discuss the options tailored to your group size.
- We’ll identify the best gulet to match your preferences.
- Once you’ve chosen your ideal vessel, we’ll coordinate details such as itinerary, menu options, and airport transfers.
- Expect to receive a Charter Contract once all arrangements are finalized.

- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Participants must hold a valid passport (expiring no earlier than one month after the cruise ends). Obtain any necessary visas and health certificates. It’s the passenger’s responsibility to secure visas, passports, health certificates, and other required travel documentation.
- HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
For safety reasons, please inform us of any physical disabilities at the time of reservation. Passengers requiring special assistance or care should travel with a companion. Pregnant women beyond the 6th month of pregnancy may be denied embarkation.
- PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS:
Our boats are not equipped to accommodate passengers with special needs. Embarkation gangways may not be compatible with all types of wheelchairs, and cabin facilities, including bathrooms and staircases, are not designed for accessibility. We encourage passengers to contact us in advance for detailed information and assistance regarding their specific requirements.
- PETS:
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on board. Our crew maintains strict cleanliness standards for all guests, and allergens from animals can pose challenges.
- SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited indoors for both passengers and crew members. Enjoy the fresh sea air on deck!
- LUGGAGE AND CLOTHING:
Travel lightly to avoid restricting cabin space. Soft bags are more practical than hard suitcases. Pack sports or casual clothes. Bring plenty of swimwear. A pullover or cardigan is recommended for cool evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are suggested for onshore excursions.
- TIPPING:
Crew gratuity is customary and discretionary. Typically, 10% of the base charter fee is considered standard, but it ultimately depends on your discretion. Gratuities are usually given to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally among the crew.
- SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
We make every effort to accommodate special dietary requests. Please submit such requests in writing at least 2 weeks before sailing.
- LAND TOURS – OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS:
Land tours are not included in cruise fares. Availability depends on the cruise schedule. Details are provided in the written itineraries. Land tours are subject to shore and weather conditions and require minimum participation if its not organized in private basis.
